The latest section to be developed in the Stapleton neighborhood is what will be know as Central Park West. This area is slightly smaller than other parts of Stapleton running from 35th Ave on the north to Martin Luther King Drive on the south, between Syracuse Street and Central Park Boulevard.
This Saturday, August 7th, the builders in Stapleton are making available 19 model homes for a home tour. The event runs from 2-5 pm and you can bike between the homes or take the shuttle.
Shuttles leave Founders Green every 20 minutes and the bike tours leave 15 minutes after each hour (2:15, 3:15 and 4:15).
