Live Green Real Estate is a small, independently owned, residential real estate company that serves clients in the Denver area. But don’t let our size fool you.

All of our listings are entered into the Denver Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and are syndicated to a variety of real estate related websites, providing our sellers a rich multimedia presence. Enhanced listings with extensive photos and virtual tours are provided at no additional cost to our clients. Likewise, the use of QR codes and free mobile apps provide buyers with easy access to our clients listings.

In other words, Live Green Real Estate has access to all the same resources as the name brand real estate companies but also provides the personal touch and flexibility that our sellers require.

We also participate in several broker networking events. New listings are showcased at the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS marketing meetings, and if you live in Stapleton your property will be added to the monthly SCORE tour.

Being a independent company is how Live Green Real Estate is able to offer reduced commissions to teachers, firefighters and police officers. We set our own policies.

Our company also provides a variety of tools for buyers. Online tools include a free MLS search feature, a mortgage calculator, and the ability to look-up school information. Eventually, we will work with the buyer to help identify properties that meet their needs, set up showings, and submit and negotiate an offer. If the buyer is relocating from out of town, we will even preview properties on the buyer’s behalf.

Independence also enables us to donate 5% of all commissions earned to local charities and build our relationship with the community. Our clients can direct the donations to one of our educational, environmental or veterans’ charities, or chose one of their own.
